I extracted the portrait face from the background. I made several copies of the photo. I made one copy Black & White. I made a sketch from the B&W photo. I duplicated that photo and I made a popart from it with Photoshop plugin from Jixi Pix software. I blended parts of 2 photos with a layermask. I hadpainted a bit of color in the face.
In a new document I placed a backgroundpaper. I placed my photosketch. I started playing with the transfers and brushes, setting them to different Blendmodes. Some were duplicated and rotated. I placed some elements and gave some a stroke.I extracted the word adore from the wordstrip and used it on the layout in white and black. I placed the brush from Statues No 1 and duplicated it for some more contrast. I typed my text.
I merged the layers and resized the page a little. I made another document with the same backgroundpaper and placed the layout in it. I gave it a stroke and a dropshadow.I erased a bit on the corners to let the wordart shine true.
I merged again and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
