Process Notes: Laying a neutral foundation with solid paper 1, I placed the photo frame and clipped the photo to the mask after making it black and white, duplicating it and putting the copy on Screen blend mode. Everything else was built up underneath the photo in the layers panel with the exception of a few elements.
Using various masks and brushes, I built up a collage of shapes under the photo using papers, bits and pieces of the artsy transfers and the transfers from the palette, by clipping them to the masks. The brushes I recolored from the palette. I played around with sizing, positioning and blend modes until I got something I liked. I added overlays along the edges along and the word art on the left side.
Above the photo/frame layers I added the title, using a style on it, the tape and white splatter from the Jollification AT. I finished it by attaching the heart and urban thread.
