I 've used a picture from pixabay and started with a phototreatment in Silver Efex Pro.
I placed the papers of APP Anaphora - for the gray paper I changed the blending mode on linear burn.
I placed my B&W photo - I just wanted the old man and removed the background.
I placed the brushes, overlays and the wordart.

To finish I 've use two filters from the photoshop filtergallery ...
