The Devils won the first game in DC against the Caps but lost the second game 6-2. The refs called no penalty as Caps Tom Wilson smashed John Moore into the glass so hard he had to be stretchered off. This is the classic 5 min major boarding call. My team never recovered from seeing him hurt. He has yet to return to the line up.
