I recolored the background paper, then added another paper with the paint splotches, blending paper into the bottom layer, and added a photo before placing an overlay overtop, changing the blend mode to pin light and adjusting opacity. Then I combined two brushes to clip the other photo to, recoloring the larger brush (with damask pattern in it) to green to match my photo. I added embellies over and under the masking and add pink paint overtop.
