In a new document I clipped my photo to a ScriptTease FotoBlendz No. 2. I placed another ScriptTease FotoBlendz No. 2 filled with solid color under it. I placed the backgroundpaper from ArtPlay MiniPalette 4You. I placed the brushes and transfers, some were duplicated and rotated and set to different Blendmodes. Some came over the photo as well. I placed the frame between artsy transfers behind the photo. I gave the frame a little bit more color. I placed the elements and the WordART.
I merged the layers and did a bit of sharpening and Dodge and Burnwork.
