That quote certainly rings true. Our minds are predisposed to storytelling and, at least in my case, the stories can easily turn out to be closer to fiction than to truth. I chalk it up to childhood patterning and for me it IS an act of courage to face down that stuff. Meaningful spread on a lot of levels.
