I made a duotone sepia version of the photo with the Curves Adjustment Layers and a Layermask.
I opened a letter sized file in Photoshop. I opened the photo, and made a Smart Object of it. I made a backgroundlayer with a grey to white gradient on it. I copied the photo. On one photo I used some Artistic Filters. (Poster Edges and Halftone Pattern) I made a black layermask next to this photo. I opened a transfer from APP Snapshot and colored it white. I selected the transfer Ctrl A and I copied it. I selected the halftone photo with the mask and unlinked it and I pasted the selection I made into the layermask. I transformed and moved it to get the artsy effect on my photo. I copied that layer and resized until I got the final result. I Changed the Blendmode of the Halftone photo to Soft Light. I merged all the layers and I gave the final photo more Vibrance and Saturation.
I opened a new scrapbook sized document. I clipped my photo to an Abstract FotoBlendz. I made a sketch from the original photo and I clipped that to a ScriptTease FotoBlendz and placed that under the photolayer. I placed the solid backgroundpaper. I added all the transfers and brushes under but also over the photo and I played with the Blendmodes. I placed Dotted Korners N Edges at some places over the photo and colored them. I placed the elements and wordstrips and I used AnnaStyle Shadows No. 2 on them. I placed the WordArts and set them to different Blendmodes. I gave the background paper a soft vignette.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
