I gave the photo a sepia color. With the Artistic filters in Photoshop I gave the photo a poster look.
In a new document I clipped 3 copies of the photo to 3 different Original FotoBlendz. The top layer was set to Overlay Blendmode. I placed the background paper. I added the frame. I placed all the brushes and transfers. I placed the elements and the WordART. I placed the Sparkle Edge Overlay and duplicated it. I gave the toplayer a golden color and a little Gaussian blur.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page a warm photofilter at 8%
