Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Wish. I added the photo to the bottom of the layout and used some filters from Filter Gallery. The blend mode was set to Linear Burn. As there were parts of the photo I didnt want to keep, I added a layer mask which I use the Gradient Tool on. I added a brush from ArtPlay Palette Wish and it was placed on the left side of the photo. I thought the page needed some color in the middle and added a blue transfer from ArtPlay Palette Wish. I did 4 copies and changed the blend mode to Subtract for all of them. I placed these in different parts and used the Gradient Tool to blend them together. A silver paint was placed over the brush at the left side. I added another transfer from the ArtPlay Palette Wish and placed it below this paint. The blend mode was set to Lighten and I changed the color with an adjustment layer for Hue/Saturation. I placed an edge overlay from Doily Edge Overlays No. 4 and then the same blue transfer as I used before for the color in the middle of the page. This one was placed in the bottom of the page. I placed dots from SparkleDots No. 1 to the same part. Then I placed a paint overlay, snow flakes and brushes from ArtPlay Palette Wish. The snowflakes got a small amount of the Layer Style Bevel & Emboss. I finished the page with the wordart from Wish WordART No. 1.
