I made the photo a bit sharper.
In a new document I clipped 2 copies of the photo to FotoBlendz Overlays. On a new layer I selected a rectangle and filled it with white. I gave it a dropshadow that I distorted a little. I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the brushes and transfers, over and under the photo. I placed the elements and the wordarts. I placed the UrbanStitchez and the artstrokes. I placed a glow, set to Screen Blendmode.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
