Process: I placed the white backgroundpaper. Added my picture, give it a stroke and merged the layers, duplicated the layer and turned the picture a little bit. Again i duplicated the picture and set the opacity at overlay.
Than i added some overlays under and over the picture, the magic light i placed under the picture.
I added the transfer and elements and wordart.
