I started with template Extra02 - I placed one copy of my photo over the watercolor mask layer and clipped it on it.
I also clipped a second copy of the photo on the white paint layer. I duplicate this white paint layer , placed it over the photo on screen blend mode, 40 % opacity.
I placed the wordart, applied a style on it.
I placed some Gesso paints on the page, and applied a bevel and emboss style on it, to obtain more detph.
Then maked a composite image of all my layers and run a smart sharpen filter !
