I made the color tones of the photo a bit more blue. In a new document I placed the photo and I layered all the Bits and Pieces under and also over the photo. Some were recolored, or set to different Blendmodes. I also used Photoshop shapes from windmills in this layout. I used the Frame Stroke Styles from Toolbox no 1 on a square selection filled with 20 pixels of white. I used parts of the lace here over the frame. Some elements were duplicated and the top one was set to another Blendmode.
