I made the photo Black and White and run some Artistic Filters on it in Photoshop and Topaz Impression.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a FotoBlendz Overlay. I also clipped some papers on a FotoBlendz Overlay and blended them in with a Layermask. I placed the backgroundpaper (its blended with the white backgroundlayer) I placed all the brushes and transfers under and also over the photo. I placed the elements and the WordArt. I placed some glows and blended them in with different Blendmodes. I placed some PaintedNumbers No. 2 with a glitterstyle on it and blended it in with a Layermask. (Note some brushes and transfers were copied and transformed horizontal) I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
