I Recolored the photo and did some work on it with the Artistic Filters in Photoshop. In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. I placed the backgroundpaper and the frame. I added all the transfers and brushes, the wordart and the elements. I placed some glows in different Blendmodes. I blended part from brushes in with a layermask and (re)colored them. I accented some words with a stronger color. Some elements were colored with a bit of golden glow. I placed another layer of the backgroundpaper above the first one and set it to Multiply. With a layermask I blended that color in the corners of the page. Some elements were duplicated and colored white. I placed the title and colored it with multiple colors. I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
