Page process-
The ArtsyTransfers come in psd form so you can pick and choose the layers you want from any of the psds as was done here.

A few more brushes were added to the design

WordART and a quote were added across the page

Stitching was layered randomly to add texture and visual interest

A few buttons lined up over a layer of stitching completes this imperfect design

thanks for looking.donna
Such a fabulous message for me to send right now, to someone who's grieving. Wonderful, artsy, creative page design!

Donna! I LOVE that quote. Not that I can hardly stand the thought, but it is the idea behind that horrible (to me) song from that horrible (to me) movie (Frozen), "Let it go." Peace is worth letting things go. I'm going to borrow this for an art journal page, as it has great significance in my life. Your page is exquisite.

I'm still not adept at the Standing O protocol, but I gave you one.

Well i need to remember that quote, because that's what i am still asking when the illness from my hubby get's worser.

The perfect quote on the perfect layout. Love it's message during this holiday season.

This reminds me of one of my favorite Thomas Merton writings, his Christmas letter of 1966, a bit of it being: "No use teasing the darkness to try to make answers grow out of it. If we learn how to have a deep inner patience, things solve themselves, or God solves them if you prefer: But do not expect to see how. Just learn to wait, and do what you can to help other people. Often it is in helping someone else that we find the best way to bear our own troubles." Thanks for your thoughtful message.
