I wanted make a lay out inspired by p'tiscrap en marleen. I don't know how they do it, using so little so well but I gave my bets try
I was inspired by the Star shaped frame. Later i realized that Muse is famous for their Space rock and even have made a song called StarlightI clipped a lot of 6 * 6 artsy cards and a Nasa star photo. Used some layer styles to let it shine bright (that is what stars do)
this time I only did the tutorial.
I wanted to emphasize his eyes and with masking en that a color was the choice of my background paper (I never seem to succeed using plain white)
I put incidentally the glow of the loop da loop there and loved the effect
Put and blended several elements/ overlays and blended some papers.
After a few tries I did a visible stamp to get a base for the lightning filter. I only did the star because the results were too strong. At last I applied the Half tone filter on it.
