I gave the photo a color treatment.
In a new document I clipped the duplicated photo 2 times to a Framed FotoBlendz No. 1
I placed the background layer.
I added all the brushes and transfers from App Sugar and MM Baked no 1
I placed the elements.
I placed the UrbanThreadz No. 7
I placed the Sugar WordART No. 1
I placed an ArtsyPaint No. 4 colored to light red
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
