I gave the photo a sepia tint and an artistic filter in Topaz Impression.
In a new document I placed the photo on a paper from APP Festal.
I placed all the transfers and brushes. Some were duplicated and rotated.
I placed the tree brush from ArtPlay Palette Christmas Tree behind the photo and colored it.
I filled the outlines from the tree with brown color and placed 2 copies. I reduced the opacity.
I placed the Oasis brush and colored it.
I placed the elements from the APP festal and MM Branches. I also added some glows from MM Branches.
I placed the Wordart and typed the word tropical in a similar font type.
I merged the layers. I did some sharpening.
I gave the page a bit more warmth with a photofilter at 6%
