I made a simple color correction to the photo I took the saturation a bit down, and blended the photo with a Black and White version.
I opened a new document and I placed the photo. The frame was placed over the photo.
I added the background. I took some of the colors a bit down by blending some light colors in over them with a layermask.
I added the transfers and brushes. And I placed another piece of background paper behind the photo.
I added all the elements and the MM branches, also using some of the glows separate.
I added the WordArt also the element from the WordArt.
After the merge of the layers I did some sharpening and I added a warm photofilter at 10%
