I gave the photo a colortreatment to make it more icy and winter looking.
In a new document I clipped the (duplicated) photo 3 times to different masks from WaterColor FotoBlendz No. 1
I placed the backgroundpaper.
I placed the frame.
I placed all the transfers and brushes under and above the photolayers.
I placed the WordArt ( extracted one word from the WordArt and recolored it)
I used several transfers from MultiMedia Snowmen No. 2 But not for creating a snowman. You can work with them separate in another way to.
After the merging I did some Dodge and Burn work and some sharpening.
