I said I wasn't going to encourage all that Princess stuff with Neve...but caved and bought a Frozen dress...hope I haven't damaged her psycologically...;)
Started with an Artsy paper from AP Document and then layered on top a paper from AP Sparkle changed to multiply mode and part erased to reveal some of the texture from the Document paper. The figures were masked then extracted, Behind and on top of the figures are a selection of SnowSpray brushes, SnowGlows, Cochet Snoww MM and Snow Sprinklez. I finished with a snowflake element from AP Winter Sunrise and a label.
