Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Frozen. I added a transfer from ArtsyTransfers Christmas Magic and placed it horizontal on the page. The photo was added and I resized it to fit the page from the left to the right side. I placed it above the paint layers in the transfers psd.file and the blend mode was set to Multiply. I duplicated the photo and used a low opacity for that layer. I added a mask and used it to erase parts of it. I added brushes, overlays, transfers and embellishments from ArtPlay Palette Frozen and they were all set to a various of blending modes. I finished the page with a fotoglow and a wordart from the ArtPlay Palette Frozen.
