I played with the photo in Topaz Impressions to make it look more painterly
In a new document I clipped the photo to an Autumn Romance FotoBlendz.
I placed all the brushes and transfers.
I placed the WordArt.
I placed the frames.
I made a border of a duplicated and rotated transfer and I clipped a part of the photo to it (the trees) I recolored it. I typed the word fall and copied it and placed it over the border.
I typed the other text.
I placed the elements from MM Pumpkins No. 1 and UrbanStitchez Pumpkins No. 1.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
