Starting point was this lay out
link. Wanted to make spread and this side had to be somewhat artsier.
I released the clipping mask, removed the patterned paper
I wanted to play with filters I used the cut out and the photocopie (two layers) on separate layers. With the the photo bomb the color hues reminded me of an affiche from begin 1900's (art Nouveau, one of my favorite styles)
I choose a fitting font, used my self made halo shape and applied some old self made style on it. I made layers from the layer styles so I could applied some other on it and blend..
