Process for Photoshop Elements 14
I built this page from the bottom up, starting with solid paper #1 from the Joyful Artplay Palette. The #1 12x12 Fotoblendz went on top of that, and then I clipped in two artsy papers (#1 and #2) on multiply mode. I blended in the big photo with inverted masking and then slid a copy of artsy paper #1 in between the blended photo and the clipped stack of background papersthere were unhappy-looking strangers in the background of the photo, and this was a great way to cover them up.

I duplicated the banner and swagged it across the top, using the shadow layer independently by clipping an artsy paper to it and then clipping duplicates of the large photo, resized, to it as well, to further feature my daughter and her friends.

After adding a bunch of transfers and overlays, the Threadz, and the embellishments, as last steps I dragged solid paper #3 high in the layer stack, set it to multiply, and reduced the opacity by about half to give the page a blueish cast; I followed with the Artist Edge Overlay.
