I used 2 photos and I made sketches from them with the Artistic filters in Photoshop.
I deleted all the white in the photos and saved as a PNG file.
I made brushes out of the photos.
I opened a new letter sized file.
I placed the background and stretched it a little to get just what I wanted on the page.
I stamped the brushes in several colors on the new layer I used different Blendmodes and with a layermask I blended the colors in that I wanted.
I placed all the transfers and brushes and colored them. (Some by Color overlay + blending mode.)
I made my title out of the WordArts. I typed my text.
I added an element.
I merged the layers.
I did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work
