I made a Black and White duplicate version of my photo.
I blended some color back in with a layermask.
I opened a new document.
I clipped the photo to a ScriptTease FotoBlendz No. 3.
I placed the background.
I placed all the brushes and transfers. Colored some in colors of the photo.
I placed a FotoBlendz Overlays No. 2 under the photo layer and colored it.
I placed the elements, de wordart and text.
I placed the brushes from GlobeTrotter No. 1 and Travel Europe No. 1., and Hipster Plume Korners N Edges No. 3 I colored them.
I made a selection and stroke of 25 pixels centered on top of the layerspanel and colored it in a color from my layout! I gave it a Gaussian blur.
I merged the layers.
I did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
