I opened ALT 112 and I rotated it with all layers.
I clicked and shift clicked on all the layers except the backgroundlayer and with the Move tool I placed everything a bit more down on the page.
I clipped papers to the photoframe masks.
I then made my own circle with a selection that I filled to clip my photo on.
I merged the photoframes under the photo and blended the photo in.
I stroked the photo circle with 15 white pixels.
I placed the circle brush from Snapshot no 1 under the photo frames. I colored it white
I made a blue duplicate and rotated it a bit.
I placed the backgroundlayer.
I colored some layers from the template in colors from my photo! I used Color overlay.
I placed a white selection a bit blurred with Gaussian blur on the backgroundlayer!
I placed the WordArt and typed the text.
I copied a doily from the template to use on the other side of my page.
I placed the Urban Treadz
I merged the page.
I added an Adjustmentlayer for more Vibrance
I did some Dodge and Burn work.
