I extracted the guy from my photo. I made the photo Black and White. I gave the extraction a Poster Edges Effect with the Artistic filters in photoshop.
I placed the extracted artsy photo in a new document.
I placed the background.
I added the circle under the photo (made with a selection and filled and then clipped a paper on it) I gave the circle a stroke of 15 white pixels.
Then I placed the transfers and brushes.
I duplicated the wordart words for my title! I added the MM Frames and elements.
I merged the page and sharpened it.
I gave the page a grey stroke.
