I made the photo more artsy using Topaz Impression 2 and the Artistic Filters from Photoshop.
I clipped the photo to an Abstract FotoBlendz in a new document. I made a mirror image by flipping the photo horizontal with the help of a layermask I blended it back in.
I placed the background.
I added all the transfers and brushes.
I added the elements. WordArt and text.
I merged the layers. I sharpened the page a bit.
I duplicated the page and run a filter from Topaz Texture effects on it. I blended the duplicated photo with an opacity of 50% to the original page to get the effect I wanted.
