I made my photo Black and White and I gave it a bit more contrast with a Curves Adjustment layer.
I opened a new document and clipped my photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz.
I placed the background.
I added all the transfers and brushes.
I added the frame.
I placed the WordArt.
I placed the elements.
I typed my place and date with the Biloxi Script font.
