My son's first day of school... Journaling reads: Alex, Today was your first day of preschool. I knew it was going to be tough for both of us. You and I are very attached. You've been home with me since birth and you go every where with me. You don't like going to a babysitter or anything unless at least your sister is there to comfort you. You had to do this today all on your own! When I left you were so sad. It broke my heart. I wanted to cry. You adjusted well though and made a couple friends. You had a ton of fun and you keep telling me you can't wait to go back! I am thrilled! I am glad we got through this milestone. I am so proud of you my son!
