ESHAS-9 Vintage Beach

An old photo I recently found, then lost, then found again (at least the scan, the physical photo is still missing). This is my dad, brother and I in 1964.
I've been very inspired by the simple summer stories in this challenge, and wanted to do one as well.

Journaling:
I found this picture the last time I was cleaning out Moms house, and I took a picture of it, then somehow filed and lost it, both the physical copy (its not in the cigar boxes) and the scan. But the other day I found the scan while looking for something else. This is Daddy, Frankie & I, holding a blow-up fish. There is a date on the top edge of the photo, August 1964. I would have been 7 1/2 years old. I dont remember much about it. I am fairly sure this is down the shore, but where? I remember Aunt Ceil & Uncle Chick (perhaps with Aunt Carmine & Uncle Paulie, because they always did everything together) had a beach house in Tuckerton, NJ. I know we went there a couple of times. This might have been on the Little Egg Harbor that sits between the mainland and Long Beach Island, or perhaps it is on one of the creeks leading into the harbor. I remember a boat, I remember crabbing off a dock using chicken parts and a crab net, I remember crabs being cooked. And I remember a lot of people in the house, the kids sleeping on lawn chairs. I remember Mom there, and wonder if she took this picture. I think this was all fun and interesting. I know Dad was always happy when he was with his sisters and brothers-in-law. They would always laugh a lot. I believe there were cocktails
involved. Its a little hard to look at these old pictures, for with memories comes sadness, but regardless of what came afterward, I think we were all happy then.
I'm glad you found the photo (at least the scanned version)! Very beautiful and precious page, love the vintage look of the layout!!!
