I made my photo look painterly with the Artistic filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impression. I did some color work on the processed photo too!
I opened a new file and placed a solid background from APP Sea Life.
I copied the photo and I clipped it on a ScriptTease FotoBlendz. I clipped the photo under it on an ArtsyPaint. I used a blendmode on the upper photo.
I placed the transfers from AAp Sea Life
I placed the same Artsy paint and gave it some color above the photos . I copied it 2 more times and placed them on the left and the right of the photo. Above the transfers.
I placed the artstroke frame and the element.
I placed the WordArt.
I placed some artsy paint in the corners too, I merged the page and sharpened it a little.
