Ive taken her out of the teapot and put her into Manhattan wearing another daring hat. She knows how to work it and she enjoys every minute of it. You know shes the life of the party. Im sure shell have no problems in New York. I wonder what hat shell be wearing tomorrow when I get my coffee. I may have to give her a name.

Process Notes: Starting with artsy paper 2 from the Palette, I used the brush mask from the kit and clipped her to it, resizing the photo. I duplicated her two more times using the blend modes, Normal/100% opacity, Screen/100% opacity and Color Burn/62% opacity. Then I put the mask at Multiply/100% opacity.
Underneath her I placed the transfer frame from the kit, tilting it slightly. Placing two brushes from the New York City brushset on either side of the page and recoloring, blending and turning down the opacity a little bit. To the left of her I placed a texture brush from the palette giving it a little bevel and emboss and putting it on Color Burn with 62% opacity. I also placed the word art there underneath the frame. On the right side I added a transfer leaving it on Normal.
It was time to add the title, clipping a different transfer from the kit to it and giving the text a bevel and emboss and a little drop shadow, then I added the rest of the verbiage. I duplicated the transfer and clipped it to the word Manhattan. Then I added the skinny lines just above the background paper in the layers panel.
To her hat I added the beaded heart and button threads to hold it in place. I wonder where shell turn up next.
