Process
The solid paper from APP Shine was used for the base of the page. The image is from an old, damaged 35mm slide that was scanned and restored a bit. It was duplicated, converted to black and white and placed below the colored image. The blending mode of the color image was changed to soft light with a reduced opacity to mute the colors. The images were clipped to a fotoblendz mask. The light leaks were layered under the fotoblendz mask with the blending mode changed to color. A layer mask was added to the white frame, brushing out part of the frame, allowing the photo the bleed through. Embellishments, word art and several layeres from the AT Beach were added.
