I started by making the photo sharper.
I made selections with the pen tool and I copied them to a new layer. I did that very careful and it took some time!
I filled them with papers, transfers , textures and brushes. I used many blendmodes.
I also made line art from the photo. I blended it in with the help of a layermask
I placed the glow and clipped a paper to it and set it in color burn blendmode.
I placed the wordart and blended some in.
I placed the edges.
I merged the page and set it to multiply. I blended parts in with the help of a layermask.
I did some dodging and burning work on the page!
