Pairi Daiza N7 Zoo

Bec-en-sabot of the Nile. Or Abu-Markub for the Arabs of the Sudan, is a sort(species) of massive bird.
So named(appointed) because of its beak which is even as well big, bigger than the head, this bird is a wading bird in the same way as the stork or the heron. He(it) is at present threatened by the destruction of his(its) natural housing environment. Essentially fish-eating, he(it) feeds on catfishes, on protoptres (osseous pulmons fishes), of tilapias, aquatic snakes or frogs. He can so occasionally consume varanuses, tortoises, young crocodiles, mollusks (gastropods especially), even rodents, young birds and carrions.
OMG Myla, this is awesome!! I love the whole page and the photo's are great!!
