Process
A solid paper from APP Skys the Limit was selected for the background, duplicated with with blending mode changed to multiply to darken some of the texture. The photo was changed to black and white with a high contrast and brightness. A duplicate image was added using the artistic filter Poster Edge (blending mode hardlight). Both images were clipped to a fotoblendz mask. A transfer from APP Red White Blue was clipped to the images. A red, white, blue gradient was created and clipped to the images (technique taught in Annas Flipping and Clipping class). A scan of a stamp was added. A composite image (excluding the background paper) was made and duplicated with the blending mode changed to multiply with a reduced opacity. Artstrokes, word art and embellishments were added to complete the page.
