After my friend Tammys daughter graduated from high school this year, they took off for Maui and had a fabulous time as witnessed by their smiling faces. I thought I would create this page for them using Tammys photos. Those are Tammys footprints in the sand.

Process Notes: After opening the template I hit CMD A to select everything and rotated it to have the three photo frames along the top of the page, then turned off all the layers except the main photo mask and three stains that comprised the large photo.
After placing the background paper, I clipped the photo to the main mask and duplicated it two more times using blend modes on each layer. Duplicating the photo one more time, and moving it down the layer panel, I clipped it to the left side stain. I recolored the other two stains to match the sand in the photo.
Making each part of the template visible as I worked, I clipped the three top photos to their respective masks, leaving them on Normal blend mode. Clipping a gradient layer to the middle photo as demonstrated in Annas Flipping & Clipping class, I brought in a warm tone to the photo. The sand was grey in the original photo. I blended the gradient layer to Overlay with a slightly reduced opacity.
From there I placed the Oasis stamps on either side of the page, brought glows and more textures, moved the stitching and created the title. And finally placed the shell at the bottom of the page next to Tammys footprint.
