I worked on my photo with lots of Artistic filters in photoshop.
I opened a new file and clipped my photo to a Melange Fotoblendz.
I placed the backgroundpaper and the ScriptTease Summer Overlay, and the brushes and transfers. I recolored some things a bit. And some transfers came over the photo and were blended in.
I placed the frame and used a layermask to erase parts of it.
I placed the elements and the WordArts. I clipped a copy of the photo on the WordArt to get the same colors! Sometimes that gives a wonderful result if you need different colors or even some textures, and you could also do some Gaussian blur on your photo too before clipping for a smoother result!
I gave the photo a warm photofilter at 15% (You can find that option in the Adjustment Layers)
