I started by making my photo artistic with a lot of Artistic filters from Photoshop. Then I gave the same treatment to another photo.
I blended the 2 photos together with the help of a layermask (kind of double exposure)
I openend a new document. I clipped the photo on the mask of the FramedMask. I clipped the same photo on some stains to get a soft effect and to extend my photo.
I added all the transfers from AT Noble under my photo. (Did a bit of recoloring, made the blue a little lighter)
I layered my original photo again on top of the layers to blend a little more detail in with the help of a layermask.
I added the elements, and the WordArt (recolored). And I typed the word to
