Page Process-
Photo was clipped to the MultiLayered FotoBlendz and all were resized and positioned across the page

FotoGlows from the psd MultiMedia suns were duplicated and moved around into the photo to create more of sun shining effect.

Multiple brushes blended into the photo+FB to soften the edges.

WordART sunkissed was recolored and duplicated. The bottom layer was recolored a bit darker shade and the shifted out from under to create the shadow effect.

A couple of elements and a barely visible frame set to darken and the opacity decreased add some visual interest in the opposite corner from the WordART.
