Journaling: Four generations. Mom was always very intent on family. She went out of her way to make sure that she was able to visit with all of us kids, but also grandchildren and great grandchildren. In January of 1999 many of us met in Florida for relaxation and also to meet up with Heather and Alexia in one of their trips back to the United States from Belgium. Mom had fun playing with puzzles, reading and just plain watching the kids play and frolic in the pool, sand and ocean. This is a photo of 4 generations with Mom, me, Heather and Alexia. These are such wonderful memories. We certainly did not know at the time our Mom, Grandmother, Great-grandmother would no longer be with us 7 years later. We are so fortunate that we took the time to get together regularly, even when some of us were continents away.
