Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Heartland. I did a copy set to blend mode Lighter Color and a decreased opacity. I added transfers and brushes from ArtPlay Palette Heartland and the brushes were recolored to a blue color. I placed the photo and did two copies of it. I added adjustment layers for Hue/Saturation and Curves and did different adjustments to each of them. Then I placed the frame above these layers. I did copies of the transfers I added earlier and placed these on top of the photo. I transformed and rotated these. I added more brushes and overlays from ArtPlay Palette Heartland and a wordart from Memento WordART Mix No 1. I finished the page with embellishments and the date.
