Proceed:
I opened a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Heartland as the background.
I opened, maked group than placed on the background paper one of transfer from ArtsyTransfers Beautiful kit.
Then I placed my photo on the page, duplicated it, masked on the edge, taked a group, and the blend mode was set to Color Burn.
Added the wordart, wordtransfers from Memento WordART Mix No 1.
Taked a label from ArtPlay Palette Heartland.
Than placed threadz, and add a review about this small town.
