I tried to make this page like Zwyck explained for a layout she showed last February and which I liked very much.
It's called "Take it all in" and she used only artsypapers.

I used AP Palette Behold; solid papers 2 & 4, artsy papers 3 & 4, 2 warmglows and 1 coolglow and the Balloon. I couldn't find a right place for some wordart so finally I used a yellow BorderLayer to make it somewhat more closed/finished.
