The old Pier at Brighton is slowly falling into the water which is sad, it's such an iconic part of the seafront I wish they could save it!

I started with the template and used as a background one of the neutral papers from the AP, turned of all other layers apart from the photo masks and then positioned the photograph of the Pier on top changing the mode to Hard Light, I then erased the parts I didn't require to only focus on the pier. The sky is a selection of overlays and transfers layered on top of each other and to create a bit of a pop I used a half tone filter on one, I also used this with one of the brownish transfers. To create the foreground the transfers from the AP were re-coloured to sandy tones using image - adjust - hue/saturation and adjusting both sliders to get the required colour. I added in more from the template layers to create a bit of depth in some areas. lastly elements and extra stitching added, the grass re-coloured to give a dried grass colour and a couple of MM Daisies added.
